decided to make this blog to get inspiration, motivation and determination. I don't necessarily want to lose weight as i am already 50kg (110lbs) but i want to tone up my body and start a healthier and happier lifestyle while also helping and motivating others to do the same. feel free to leave me advice tips and comments in my ask xo

Calories don’t know time, some people have to eat later because they finish work late. And it’s known that you should eat small portioned meals 5 times per day.. Just sayin’
